Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Petite Street. We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and labels

To start a return, please email us at martina@petitestreet.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the return address and next steps.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered returns.

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions above may not be accepted.

International Orders (Europe & USA)

We’re happy to accept returns from international customers within 14 days of delivery, provided the items meet the same return conditions listed above.

Please note the following for orders shipped outside the UK:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    We recommend using a tracked international postal service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
    These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the customer.

  • If a parcel is refused or returned to sender due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address details, the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) — meaning the customer is responsible for any import-related charges at delivery.

Refunds for international returns will be processed once the item is received and inspected, following the same terms as UK orders.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order included free shipping, this amount may be deducted from your refund if the entire order is returned.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at martina@petitestreet.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve this promptly at no cost to you.
